Refund Policy

1. Overview

Moj NutriPlan is a self-serve SaaS subscription. This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations, refunds, and the statutory right of withdrawal for EU consumers.

2. 30-day free trial

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your workspace switches to a read-only state.

3. Cancellation at any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the /billing page in your account or through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. After cancellation:

  • your subscription is not renewed at the end of the current period;
  • you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for;
  • after that, your workspace switches to a read-only state for 30 days before deletion (see our Privacy Policy);
  • you can re-subscribe at any time and pick up where you left off, as long as the workspace has not yet been purged.

4. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU for your first paid subscription period. To exercise this right, contact [email protected] within 14 days of your first paid charge and request a refund.

We will refund the full amount of the first paid period using the same payment method you used originally, through Lemon Squeezy, within 14 days of receiving your request. The 14-day right does not apply to subsequent renewals.

5. Refunds outside the 14-day window

Outside the EU 14-day window, our default policy is:

  • Monthly subscriptions: no pro-rata refunds for mid-period cancellations. You keep access until the end of the month.
  • Annual subscriptions: no pro-rata refunds for unused months. You keep access until the end of the year.
  • Accidental renewals: if you forgot to cancel and a new period was charged without you using the Service, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review and, in most cases, refund the latest period in full.
  • Service unavailable or materially defective: if the Service is substantially unusable for an extended period through our fault, we will issue a pro-rata refund or service credit on a case-by-case basis.

6. Non-refundable items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • downtime caused by force majeure, third-party providers, or your own connectivity;
  • cancellations due to a change in your business needs after the 14-day EU window has expired;
  • partial use of a paid period;
  • add-ons, custom services, or consulting (we do not currently sell any of those).

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your subscription. Include:

  • your account email,
  • the Lemon Squeezy order or subscription ID (visible in your billing receipt),
  • the reason for the refund request.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete approved refunds within 5–10 business days via Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any billing issue. Chargebacks opened without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply only to subscriptions purchased after the effective date and will not retroactively reduce your statutory rights.
